At Jobs Navigate, we are committed to delivering high-quality job matching and recruitment services to our users and employer partners. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.
All payments made to Jobs Navigate for services, subscriptions, job postings, or premium features are non-refundable.
This applies to:
Job posting packages
Subscription plans
Featured listing upgrades
Candidate profile access or employer tools
Resume writing or career assistance services
Consultation or administrative fees
Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-reversible.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Partial or non-usage of the service
Inability to secure a job or hire a candidate
Perceived lack of results from platform use
Our platform is designed to facilitate connections, not guarantee outcomes.
In the event of technical issues or downtime, we will work promptly to restore services. However, such interruptions do not entitle users to a refund.
If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately at support@jobsnavigate.com.au. We will investigate and, if appropriate, escalate the issue to our payment processor.
